Getting started
Activating Editant
Activating Editant adds a dashboard view, an editor sidebar, and four database tables to your site.
What you’ll see
The new Editant menu in the admin sidebar opens the dashboard, which is empty until you generate your first review link. The block editor sidebar panel lives behind the Editant icon in the editor’s top-right cluster of icons.
What gets stored
Editant creates four custom tables under your WordPress database prefix, all named with the editant_ prefix: editant_links, editant_reviewers, editant_comments, and editant_approvals. Deactivating the plugin leaves these tables in place; uninstalling drops them.
