Review deadlines and reminders

Set a deadline on a post and Editant Pro will remind reviewers by email as it approaches.

Setting a deadline

Open the Review deadline section of the Editant editor sidebar and pick a date and time (interpreted as UTC). Reminders are scheduled when you save the post.

Who is reminded

Reviewers on the post’s active links who have an email address on file receive the reminders, with wording that reflects whether the review is approaching, due today, or overdue. Clearing the deadline cancels any reminders that have not yet been sent.
