Reviewer can’t see the page

If a reviewer reports they can’t access the review link, work through these checks in order.

Common causes

• Expired link: check the dashboard. If the link’s status is Expired, generate a new one.
• Revoked link: if the status is Revoked, the link was explicitly disabled. Generate a new one.
• Post status changed: if the post was moved to Trash or back to Draft, the preview won’t render. Restore the post to Published or Scheduled.

“Page not found” specifically

If WordPress shows its own 404 page (rather than the Editant-styled “link expired” message), the rewrite rules likely need refreshing. Go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes. If links still 404 after that, deactivate and reactivate Editant.
