Once you’ve generated the review link, share it via whatever tool fits the project.

Where to share

The link works equally well as the body of an email, a chat message in Slack or Teams, a calendar invite description, or a task tracker URL. The reviewer needs nothing more than the URL.

Treat the link like a password

The token in the URL is the only credential. Anyone with the URL can access the preview (subject to the link’s settings). Share through trusted channels. For higher-trust workflows, the Pro tier adds per-link passwords, IP allow-lists, and view-once links.
