Refund policy

This policy applies to every Editant Pro purchase made through editantapp.com. You agree to it at checkout, before payment is taken.

First purchase: 14 days, no questions asked

If Editant Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first purchase and you will get your money back in full. No reason is required. This applies to every tier, including the lifetime licence.

Every subscription also starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can try Pro before any charge is made.

Renewals are not refundable

Subscriptions renew annually. You receive a renewal notice by email before each charge, and you can cancel at any time from your account at account.editantapp.com. A subscription cancelled before the renewal date is not charged again. A renewal that has already been charged is not refunded.

What happens when a purchase is refunded

The licence key is disabled at the moment the refund is issued. Editant Pro’s features switch off on every site the key was activated on, and the sites stop receiving Pro updates. Nothing is deleted: your comments, decisions, audit log and settings remain in your WordPress database, and the free Editant plugin keeps working as before.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@editantapp.com from the address you bought with, quoting your order number. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and are returned to the original payment method. Allow up to ten working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Editant Pro is delivered immediately after purchase. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once delivery begins. Our 14-day money-back promise above is a voluntary guarantee that stands in its place. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law of your country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
